UPDATED: USA Cycling Announces 2021 ProCX Calendar

USA Cycling announced, today, an 11 event calendar of UCI cyclocross racing in the US. We are still gathering information on how many race days this will entail and which races will be category 1 vs category 2, but the big news is there will be no points hunting or forum shopping. Only one UCI event per weekend is scheduled.

Also on the schedule is a Continental Championship to take place at Ruts n Guts in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

[UPDATE]: The Continental Championship has moved to the Resolution Cross Cup venue in Garland, Texas.

We will have more information on the calendar as soon as we get it, but wanted to make sure you started marking your calendar, now.

[UPDATE]: I’ve updated the events with the UCI classification. GO Cross is scheduled right now for one day of C2 racing. That may change to two, but is unlikely.

There will be 4 C1 events: Rochester, Charm City, Jingle Cross, and Kings CX, which will mean a front-loaded beginning of the season as far as points go, with the World Cups.

There will be 14 or 15 days of C2 racing.

On a personal note, DCCX plans on being the biggest party on the East Coast, circumstances providing, we just will not be a UCI event.
