Regards Olympics it’s only a three year gap to the next round since Tokyo was a year late. Also winners can go gold for the whole time between. Greg VanAvarmat had that gold helmet for many seasons and it almost became an albatross for him since commentators kept pointing it out (so inevitable expectations).
