What was once was lost has been found again. Chicago will get its US Cyclocross National Championships after all. Canceled in 2020 because of the pandemic, cyclocross nationals were briefly moved to Iowa City, Iowa, before those plans were scrapped as well. It turns out there are second chances in cyclocross and Chicago will finally get its championships in early December.
For 2021, The DuPage Sports Commission/DuPage Convention and Visitors Bureau will host the 2021 USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships on December 7-12, 2021 at Cantigny Park in Wheaton, IL. More info, here.
The race will happen the week following the Pan American Championships, which will take place at the Ruts n Guts venue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. We will have more information as we get it.
If this all comes off could be best CX year ever in U.S.?
